MWH Treatment awarded Merit at the International Safety Awards

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a Merit by the British Safety Council at the International Safety Awards.

For an organisation to win this coveted award it must provide evidence that it has comprehensive health and safety policies in place. It must also show a clear commitment to health and safety from the boardroom to the shop floor and be committed to promoting a positive safety culture throughout the business.

It is important that the winning organisations are able to demonstrate the competence of those responsible for the management of health and safety and can provide clear evidence about the improvements that have been achieved in health and safety during the year.

Our International Safety Award application scored 44 out of 50.

The awards were scheduled to be presented at an awards dinner however, given the growing concerns around COVID-19, the British Safety Council have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Gala Dinner from its planned date in May until later in the year.
